Dr Gary graduated from Glasgow University in 1991 and operated a dental practice in Scotland until 2011 before relocating to the Mornington Peninsula. He has worked at Bays Dental Clinic ever since. Dr Gary prides himself on his reputation as a caring and gentle dentist who truly spends time explaining procedures and discussing treatment options with his patients. With the goal of treating every patient like a member of his own family, Dr Gary enjoys building long-term relationships with his patients to help them achieve optimal oral health. When he isn’t working, Dr Gary loves to spend time on the beach with his camera.
Dr Oscar Viengkhou, DDS

Dr Oscar completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne and has practised extensively throughout rural and metropolitan Victoria. Dr Oscar’s philosophy is to provide the most conservative, high-quality dentistry in a gentle and caring manner. As a self-professed dental nerd, Dr Oscar enjoys staying up to date with the latest dental research, which allows him to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has particular interests in endodontics and surgical dentistry. Dr Oscar enjoys going to the gym and exploring the outdoors when he's not at the dental clinic, and he speaks Mandarin. He hopes to acquire a farm someday to raise a family of corgis.

Dr Roshi believes that communication is the key to delivering high-quality dentistry. Dr Roshi prides herself on making patients feel comfortable and alleviating their dental anxiety. She is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics and works to stay apprised of the latest dental techniques. Dr Lisa graduated with Honours from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2012. She is extremely popular with families and kids due to her cheerful, kind and gentle nature. As a mother, Dr Lisa understands kids and loves interacting with them; she hopes to help them understand the importance of visiting the dentist without fear. Lisa has special interests in children’s dentistry, restorative dentistry and periodontal (gum) treatment. Always ready to greet you with a smile, Lisa provides quality dental care for your entire family. In her spare time, Dr Lisa enjoys pilates, rowing, baking and going for walks. Besides English, Lisa also speaks Cantonese and Khmer.
